If you receive an item that does not work, our return policy is as follows :
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt that an item does not function as described.
You must return the item to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
The returned item must include all accessories and must be in the same
condition as it was when we shipped it.
RP Lens Co. will confirm that the item does not work as described and that
all parts have been returned. We will issue a Refund for the item.
Returns take between 8-10 business days to post to your payment method.
RP Lens Co.’s entire liability to the buyer under any circumstance is limited to
the sales price of the goods.
